Editorial Policy

How we source, review, label, and correct our content.

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Our promise

You and Peptides is an independent educational publication about peptide science, published by Resonance Health Inc. Our goal is to help readers ask better questions — not to sell anyone a product or a treatment. This page describes the standards we hold ourselves to.

Sourcing

  • We prefer primary sources: peer-reviewed publications, official regulatory documents (FDA, EMA), trial registries, and product labels.
  • We use secondary sources for context and link back to the primary source whenever possible.
  • We avoid sourcing claims from anonymous social media posts, vendor marketing, or anecdotal "experience reports" alone.

What we will not publish

  • Specific dosing, frequency, or stacking instructions for personal use of unapproved peptides or drugs.
  • Diagnosis, treatment, or prescription advice for any individual.
  • Claims that a substance "treats," "cures," "prevents," or "mitigates" disease unless that claim is supported by an FDA-approved product label and is clearly attributed.
  • Hidden paid placements, fake reviews, or testimonials we cannot verify.

Independence from commercial relationships

Editorial decisions are made independently of affiliate or partner relationships. A vendor cannot pay to be covered, to be covered more favorably, or to have negative information removed. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how we handle material connections.

Corrections and updates

We update content when the underlying science, regulation, or vendor information changes. If we make a material correction to a published page, we will note it on the page.
