The short version
Some of the explanations on You and Peptides are generated or assisted by an artificial-intelligence model (currently Google Gemini). AI output is not always correct. Treat AI-assisted content as a starting point; verify anything important against a primary source and a qualified clinician.
Where AI shows up
- Glossary explainer. When you click certain highlighted terms, the term is sent to our AI provider, which returns a short, plain-language definition. We display that explanation along with a visible "AI-assisted" label.
What we do not do
- We do not use AI to make individualized medical decisions for any user.
- We do not send your account identifiers to the AI provider.
- We do not use your prompts to train third-party models.
